Director Fleet & Operations
Mark Prins (1975) started his career on sea as an engineer with Spliethoff before he continued his career with Jumbo Shipping. After 13 years at sea, he continued ashore and held various managerial positions at Wagenborg Shipping and Wagenborg Offshore before joining Abis Shipping as director Fleet and Operations. In 2017 Mark and Ronald founded Gronberg Ship Management.
Director Finance & Control
Ronald Dalebout (1974) started his career as Certified Public Accountant at Deloitte. As part of the ‘shipping team’ he gained quite some experience within
this sector. After 13 years he moved to the other side of the table in the role of CFO of Abis Shipping. In 2017 Mark and Ronald founded Gronberg Ship Management.
QHSE Manager
Patricia de Vries started working for Feederlines in 2011 as a Crew Coordinator. In 2015 she fulfilled the position of Manager Crewing in the same company. At the 1st of September 2018 she started working for Gronberg Ship Management as Crew Manager. In spring 2020 she started to work in the QHSE Department.
Crewing Coordinator
Agnes Klaver started her career as crew coordinator with Feederlines.
At the end of 2017 Feederlines merged with 2 other companies formed Shipping Company Groningen.
After 19 years working for these companies she took the step to join Gronberg Ship Management at the 1st of September 2018.
Crewing Coordinator
Martine Bongertman started her career as crew coordinator at the first of December 2022. In the past she worked for a several years at the Dutch Navy as an administrative assistant. Before Gronberg Martine has worked 15 years for IKEA as a co-worker at customer service. Besides her additional job she is a hostess of a country house.
Company/Operational Assistant
Marjanne van Harskamp started her career in 2003
at Reider Shipping as assistant of a Superintendent. After
10 year at Reider Shipping she worked a short time as Crew
Coordinator at Siem Offshore. She jointed Thorco
Shipmanagement in August of 2013 as Assistant QHSE and
Technical Department and after that she worked for
Briese Shipping as Team Assistant before
starting work as Company/Operational Assistant at
Gronberg Ship Management.
Superintendent
Olaf Görtz started working as an engineer with Spliethoff. In 2017 started working on Clipper Stad Amsterdam and switch in 2019 to Gronberg. After 18 years at sea he moved to the position of Superintendent in 2021.
Junior Superintendent
Sergii Shevchuk started working for Gronberg in September 2022 having about 12 years of maritime experience from OS to Chief Mate on board of general purpose vessels. Before maritime career he graduated with Master's degree in field of Computer Sciences and worked for 5 years in IT industry.
Financial Assistant
After completing the BSc Finance & Control, Sabrina worked 2 years for an accountancy office in the financial department.
As of May 2020 Sabrina fulfills the position of Financial assistant at Gronberg Ship Management.
Assistant
Inna Suprun started her career as Recruiter in the agency in Ukraine for multinational companies. After 8 years, she fulfilled a position of an in-house HR Manager in an IT company and, had been working there for 12 years. In November 2022 she started working for Gronberg Ship Management.
