Director Finance & Control
Ronald Dalebout started his career as Certified Public Accountant at Deloitte. As part of the ‘shipping team’ he gained quite some experience within
this sector. After 13 years he moved to the other side of the table in the role of CFO of Abis Shipping. In 2017 Mark and Ronald founded Gronberg Ship Management.
Senior Superintendent
John started his career at sea when he was 18 years old. After 10 years John became Captain which he remained for the following 8 years.
John joined Tranship Maritime as a nautical inspector for 5 years before he became Superintendent at Abis Shipping.
After 5 years at Abis John became Senior Superintendent at Hanzevast Shipping. In January 2024 John joined Gronberg.
Purchaser
Audy Ommel started his career in 1995 as a purchaser at Seatrade Groningen B.V.
From 1998 till 2016 Audy was Purchasing Manager at Feederlines B.V.
The last couple of years he fulfilled a job as sales person in the maritime sector and
since November 2023 Audy joined Gronberg Ship Management.
QHSE Manager
Rolinda Kruijer has been working for more than 38 years in a technical working environment (automotive, shipping, fencing, production
environment) in different rolls (Technical Purchaser, inventory manager, supply chain manager, company manager, qhse coordinator). As from October 2023 Rolinda fulfills the position of QHSE Manager in our office.
QHSE Manager
Eva Lianne started her maritime career at sea, serving as a dual-licensed maritime officer on board of large containervessels. She built up a firm basis of experience in the maritime sector, by working in a divers variety of work areas. Her interest lies in safety, policy, community and human rights.
Crewing Coordinator
Agnes Klaver started her career as crew coordinator with Feederlines.
At the end of 2017 Feederlines merged with 2 other companies formed Shipping Company Groningen.
After 19 years working for these companies she took the step to join Gronberg Ship Management at the 1st of September 2018.
Crewing Coordinator
Martine Bongertman started her career as crew coordinator at the 1st of December 2022. In the past she worked several years for the Dutch Navy as an Administrative Assistant. Before she joined Gronberg, Martine has worked 15 years for IKEA as a co-worker at Customer Service.
Senior Accountant Finance & Control
After completing her Bachelor of Science studies Finance & Control, Sabrina gained accounting experience at various organizations. In May 2020 Sabrina joined Gronberg and fulfills the position of Senior Accountant.
